PICK UP DAY: Totes must be out between 7:00 AM and 8:00 PM for service. No return trips will be made for late totes or unsafe road conditions.
Please ask about winter tote locations from November through April.

Please call within 24 hours of the missed pickup.
● Must be unobstructed (at least 5 ft away) from vehicles, fences, mailboxes, structures, trees and/or bushes, and snowbanks or piles of snow.
● Totes must sit as close to the road as possible.
● Paths to totes must be reasonably clear of snow, snow drifts, ice, and vehicles, etc...
Please sand and salt the paths and roads.
● All lids must be closed completely to ensure pickup
● Metal catch bars must be facing the street (the lids open to the road)
● Please do not modify our totes to make them animal proof without permission. And we cannot undo straps of any kind on pickup day.
● If you have a personal tote you would like to use, please contact us first to make sure it meets our requirements., and we can send you a sticker. We are not responsible for damaged or lost personal totes.
●You may use bungee cords or ratchet straps, but please unfasten them on pickup day. Any totes chained or tied to trees, fences, or other objects must have all straps or chains removed. We cannot reimburse lost or damaged straps or cords. Use it at your own risk, we are not responsible for lost or damaged straps of any kind.
● We are unable to tip other providers totes, (even if spray painted over the name) without permission first. Please call us.
**All trash inside of the trash tote must be bagged, nothing loose.
Recycling does not need to be bagged.
SSP WASTE is not responsible for picking up trash spread out by animals, high winds, or other unknown reasons.

We do not offer large, bulk, or special pickups. Call 303-838-6033 option 4 for alternative solutions.
Must be cut down to fit within your totes with the lids closed. No boxes outside of totes.
No extras outside of the totes will be taken, unless pre-approved by calling the office first. *Additional fees may apply. We offer extra totes for only $8 per month.
Weather or unforeseen service delays will be communicated by email when possible. Holiday delays (New Year’s Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas) will also be emailed. No credits apply for weather conditions or unsafe roadways.
If you will miss more than 4 consecutive pickups, please notify us at least 24hrs in advance to place your account on hold. No charges will apply during the hold. Payments already made will be credited to your account, no refunds.
Weekly customers may set out up to (5) 35-gal bags (40 lbs. each) or (1) free 96-gal yard waste tote on
non-recycle weeks only. This free service is subject to truck capacity, as trash takes priority; ASL routes require a yard waste tote for pickup.
A paid yard waste tote is available for $15/month with guaranteed every-other-week pickup on
non-recycle weeks—call the office to schedule delivery. A $10 fee applies if trash is found in any yard waste tote.
Christmas trees are taken on non-recycle weeks. Trees must be cut down to 3-foot lengths.
Horse manure & dog poop must be bagged, and the weight of the tote must not exceed 150 lbs.
Early cancellation fees apply: $30 administrative fee and $25 tote pickup fee.
